Senior Network Controller
  • Supported multi-state Electronic Branch and Teller Network utilizing IBM mainframe and T-I technologies, including, Channel and Digital Service Units (CSU and DSU), CICS (Customer Information Control System), User Security Functions, clients, servers and applications. In addition, facilitated all problem resolution, as the central point of contact for all ATM/Branch communications and equipment problems, as well as, being the central point of contact for all ATM/Branch equipment, LAN/Wan and telco vendors.
  • Trained and supervised Chicago BEES (Branch Electronic Equipment Support) Help Desk staff, in network monitoring, problem diagnostics, as well as, timely problem resolution.
  • As part of the Planning and Coordinating Team, consolidated and relocated multiple Citibank BEES Units in the Mid-Atlantic, Florida and California marketplaces, to the Chicago Unit. Then migrated the Chicago Unit to the San Antonio, Texas facility. The resulting move was transparent to all users, successfully completing this task within budget and before the deadline.
